We are booked for 2024! Now booking for 2025 and 2026!


Option 1 - $8,000

Includes exclusive use of the property from 12:00 - 9:00pm on Friday, 8:00am - 10:30 pm on Saturday, and 8:00am - 12:00pm on Sunday. (Please note weddings must end by 10:00pm on Saturday), wooded ceremony site, barn, adjacent lawn, spacious area and bathroom to get ready, on-site parking for up to 75 cars.  No overnight accommodations included. 


Option 2 - $9,250

Includes everything above plus overnight accommodations for 10 - 14 people in the farmhouse for Saturday night. 


Option 3 - $10,250

Includes everything above plus overnight accommodations for 12 - 14 people in the farmhouse for both Friday and Saturday night.


The Micro Wedding Package - $4,000

Includes exclusive use of the property on a Tuesday or Wednesday from
10:00 am - 8:00pm for up to 30 guests. Includes wooded ceremony site, barn, adjacent lawn, spacious area and bathroom to get ready, on-site parking. Does not include overnight accommodations in the farmhouse, on-site camping or waste management.  


All packages (with some exceptions for the Micro Wedding) include the following amenities

- Exclusive use from noon on Friday until noon on Sunday.
Please note weddings must end by 10:00pm on Saturday. Post-wedding rental pick-ups (tent, tables, chairs, etc.) are flexible.

Spacious and bright Wedding Suite with full bathroom, lounge area, space for hair and make-up, plenty of outlets and mirrors
- Wooded Ceremony Site with benches to 140 guests for your ceremony
- Birch arbor in wooded ceremony site
- 15 Farm tables and x-back chairs for up to 140 guests
- On-site Venue Coordinator to assist throughout the wedding day
Please note the Venue Coordinator is different than a Day-of Coordinator, which is required for all weddings. You may hire your own Day-of Coordinator, or work with us. More information here.
- 42 x 60' barn for up to 140 seated guests
- 40 x 60' lawn for your ceremony, cocktails, lawn games or a tent.
Please note, a tent is not provided and must be rented.
- Two whiskey barrel tables
- On-site parking for up to 75 cars
- Waste management for wedding only including trash removal, recycling, and composting 
- Fire-pit and benches
- Pet-friendly
- Spacious bathrooms including 3 with stalls and flushable toilets and 2 urinals and 1 flushable toilet. You have the option to make one or both all-gender or simply marked as “stalls” and “urinals”. There are two barrier-free bathrooms. You may view photos and a video of the bathrooms here.

We offer other services at an additional cost to the above base rate.  Please ask what else we can do. We are happy to help!

- Day-of Coordination
- Cake and Dessert
- Custom lettering including chalkboards, information signage, etc. 
- Photo Booth and prop rental

Renters are Responsible for
- Wedding Coordinator
- Event insurance for the day of your wedding
- A licensed and insured caterer
- An insured bartender (whether you provide alcohol to be served, cash bar, or full bar)
- Linens/Napkins, plates, glasses, flatware, etc. for your cocktail and reception.
- A tent, if needed
- Not required, but strongly recommend: photographer, videographer, florist, band/DJ, etc.

We will work with you to ensure your celebration is an authentic reflection of your love and a beautiful and memorable event for your family and friends to share.
